Fruitful Family
We all work together to give the kids a safe environment.
Our team consists of 3 students, one mama and 4 people that take care for the children day and night. Sadly, only one of our employees is being sponsored constantly. The others only get their salary when there is money left after buying food and other needed things. We are very lucky, that they still stay with us and care for the kids although we can't afford to pay them properly every month. It would be great, if someone is interested in paying one of our team members, because they won't work without getting salaray forever.
Founder and Director: Isaac John Sumary

Isaac was raised by his grandparents in the belief that his mother was dead. When he was 14 years old, he found out that his mother continued her studies after giving birth and has left him at his grandparents without ever visiting. Isaac was so shocked by that information that he ran away and tried to survive on his own. One day, he asked a lady for something to eat, who sympathized with him and decided to help. She organized a job for him at a H.I.V./Aids center, where he worked for 4 years. He got in touch with a lot of volunteers during that time and two women decided to support Isaacs dream of studying. They offered him the chance of attending an Hotel Management Course. After graduating, he started to work in an Hotel close to Ngorongoro. Isaac felt so thankful for the help of his supporters and people that have always believed in him so that he decided to save his salaries and tips for helping children that grow up without parents.

Primary Education: started in 2003 at Ekwenga Primary School
Secondary Education: Graduation 2012 at Moita Bwawani School
College: studies Education at Goshen Land College and Fruitful Orphanage: since 2016, teaches Class 2
Future Plans:
As soon as he gets enough money he wants to help more people like widows, orphans and disabled people. His plan is to become a member of the government in order to find a way how to reduce the number of street children in Tanzania.
One day he sees himself being a caring husband and father for his own family.
"I want to make the kids at Fruitful feel like other children who still have their parents. Especially in case of education I will try my best helping them to find a good and unique place in our community."

Mama Nancy
Full Name: Upendo Mjema
Birthday: 14.04.1977
Background: Upendo dropped out of school after 9 years because her father already passed away and her mother was not able to support her anymore.
Since 2016 she is in charge of providing daily meals for the kids. She has 5 kids on her own, one of them visited Fruitful too and luckily found a sponsor.

Duties: washing the clothes, cleaning the compound and the rooms, taking care of the children at night
Cauthary
Full Name: Cauthary Mussa
Birthday: 1997 in Arusha
Background: Cauthary was not able to finish her Secondary Education because her father passed away and he was the one her family depended on.
Since 2016 she works at Fruitful and her plan is to attend some english classes in town, so she can help the kids with their homework.
Glory
Full Name: Glory S Akyoo
Birthday: 11.04.1998 in Mbaaseny Village
Background: Glory started her Primary Education in 2004 and finished in 2011. She graduated at a Secondary School in 2015 but was not able to continue her education due to a lack of money. She is working for Fruitful since February 2016, because she wants to save money in order to go to college and become a teacher.

Jery
Full Name: Jeremiah Simon
Birthday: 02.04.1996
Background: Jery was not able to finish his Secondary Education because he didn't have enough money. Since 2015 he works for Fruitful and he dreams of learning more english so he can communicate better. Also he wants to get his driving license in order to become the driver of Fruitful.
Charles
Full Name: Charles Stanley
Birthday: 03.08.1992
Background: Charles works for Fruitful since 2015 and is still going to school in the morning to finish his Oldinary Level. His aim is to become a teacher.
