Our Kids
Around 50 children are taught by college students at the orphanage. 25 of them are living at the Center permanently while the others are staying with relatives and come during the day to get food and to participate in our school lessons. You are welcome to meet them!
Baby Class
The Baby Class is the first stage of school in Tanzania. The children gain basic skills in English, Mathematics and Swahili.
The current age range in our Baby Class is 3 to 7 years.
Class 1
There are 13 children between the age of 6 and 8 years visiting our class 1. They are being taught in Mathematics, English, Swahili, Science, Reading and Vocational Skills.
Class 2 and 3
Class 2 and 3 are taught by one teacher, because they are only 6 students together. The youngest one is 6 and the oldest 9 years old.
They are all waiting for sponsors to visit a primary school in town.
